	Rolfe Horn One of the things that makes a master photographic artist is the intensity of attention and energy given to every step in the process of creating an image, from loading the camera to drying the print. Rolfe Horn is one of those people. He and only a hand-full of others in the world can honestly take credit for inspiring the rest of us to realize that clicking the shutter is very much closer to the beginning of the photographic process than the end.

	K's Tones Photo Gallery The first thing one wonders when browsing Koju Hemmi's huge collection of on-line work, is whether he can create a bad picture. Every image, while seemingly derived from the ordinary, exudes dramatic perspective and compositional genius. They make you want to go for a walk and try to see things like Koju sees things.

	Howard Schatz Some very rare photographers can't take a picture that isn't a stunner. Well published, New York photographer, Howard Schatz, is one of those. 	Tony Ryan Australian photographer Tony Ryan specializes in a style that combines controlled settings with candid emotion, clearly eliciting an expressive and often passionate contribution directly from the model's own character. Very few photographers manage to work in this style and yet consistently produce photographs that, although diverse in pose and composition, still transmit enough intrigue and emotion to compel the viewer's gaze to remain glued to every individual image.

	Tim Phillips If you notice anything about Tim's work it will be his use of plain black and plain white backgrounds to keep the viewer's attention focused on the main subject. And yet, his work is far from redundant. The sheer multitude of different poses, expressions, and lighting effects will keep you interested. Every gallery on his site is worth a visit.
